Order Information
Quarry Jewelry utilizes the services of PayPal to process transactions on this site. When you place your order, you will have the option of paying via PayPal or with a major credit card. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to shop with us. After you place your order, you will receive an email from "service@paypal" confirming your order. This email will identify how the charge will appear on your credit card statement, if applicable. We process orders as quickly as possible, and in most cases, orders are shipped within two business days. During the checkout process you will be see a text box on your shopping cart page. If the item you are ordering is a gift, please include your gift message in this box so we can enclose a gift card with your purchase. Orders identified as "gift" will be sent without a packing slip so the recipient will not see the cost of the item being sent. You may also use this box to include any coupon or discount codes, if applicable.
Shipping
What fun is shopping online if you have to wait forever for your stuff? We ship all of our packages via USPS 2-3 Day Priority and are happy to offer FREE shipping for all domestic orders. At this time we only ship to US, APO and Canadian addresses.

Complimentary Gift Packaging
Good things come in pretty purple packages. All Quarry Jewelry pieces are luxuriously presented in our signature deep amethyst jewelry boxes and finished with a beautiful organza ribbon and our signature card. Our packaging is so pretty, there is no need for gift wrap. Each piece comes with its own protective bag. We recommend you store your sterling silver jewelry in this bag to prevent tarnish.
No Sales Tax
Only orders placed within the state of Florida will be charged sales tax.
Return Policy
We want you to love what you purchase from Quarry Jewelry. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, we will happily refund your money. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and shipped to us in the original packaging, along with your packing slip. Please contact us for instructions on where to ship your return. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Please ship your items via insured mail. You are responsible for your own shipping charges on returns unless you were sent the wrong item, in which case Quarry Jewelry will refund the cost of your return shipping. After we receive your item, we will promptly credit you for the amount of the item. Should you wish to exchange an item, you will need to first return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the new item.
We make every effort to provide the most accurate descriptions and photos of each of our products. However, not all colors appear the same on all monitors. Due to the nature of materials used, there will always be slight variations in color, shape and size of the natural stones we utilize.

Caring for Your Jewelry
It is best to store your sterling silver pieces in the zip lock bag you received with your order, or in a jewelry box. This protects the piece from tarnishing, which is something that occurs naturally when silver reacts with sulfur or hydrogen sulfide in the ambient year. This is especially important for sterling pieces made with gemstones as extra care must be made when cleaning these items. Your sterling silver pieces can be polished using a silver jewelry polishing cloth or you can use polishes specifically designed to remove tarnish. Always check the instructions on your jewelry cleaning solution before cleaning any items with stones. Some stones, such as turquoise and freshwater pearls, cannot be placed in most jewelry cleaning solutions. A good rule of thumb is to keep all beads from coming in contact with any cleaning solution or detergent. Always avoid the use of harsh detergents and chlorine bleach when cleaning your jewelry. Do not ever wear your jewelry when bathing or swimming. Important note: Special care should be taken with pearls, coral and turquoise as they may be negatively affected by contact with the skin, perfume, perfumed skin creams, harsh detergents and polishing creams. They should never be worn in the pool or shower and should not be placed in water for an extended period of time. You should remove your jewelry before applying hairspray, lotions, hairspray, etc.

Repairs
In the unlikely event your piece breaks, Quarry Jewelry will repair it free of charge (less shipping costs) within three months of date of purchase. After that time, we will perform repairs for a fee. Please contact us first to discuss the nature of the repair required.
